Want to be a Rome Belle?
Young ladies between the ages of 5 and 12 can be a Rome Belle at our pageant on July 25, 2026!
The Rome Belles Program is a local affiliate of the Miss Georgia Belles Program and the Miss America's Little Sisters Program. This local opportunity is open to young ladies who are at least 5 years old on July 25 and are no older than 13 as of June 1, 2027. Each Belle will be assigned to one of our Miss or Teen delegates to accompany them on stage at the end of her evening wear competition. Each young lady will also be individually introduced onstage during the Belle segment. She will be accompanied on stage by one of our reigning local titleholders.
There is a $50.00 fee per Belle to cover the cost of the official tiara and to help increase the scholarships awarded at Miss Rome. If you were a Rome Belle last year, you can wear the tiara purchased last year and pay a reduced fee of $30. DEADLINE to submit your application is July 3rd. At the state level, the Georgia Belles program is designed to teach the importance of community service and provide opportunities of personal growth during the time they are mentored by the Miss Georgia and Miss Georgia's Teen local and state candidates. Additionally, it serves as a unique fundraiser for the Miss Georgia Scholarship Competition fund. During competition week, the Belles participate in several exciting events, in addition to being a part of the competition each night. The annual pajama party is always a highlight for both candidates and Belles. Food, games, and matching pajamas help make it a memorable, fun-filled event.
